03 · What every student gets

A plan, a check-in,
a strategy.

Behind every lesson there’s a plan made for one student, progress someone is tracking, and a strategy that changes when the student does.

01

Learning roadmap

Built at the first consultation: where the student is now, where they’re headed, and the milestones in between.

02

Progress monitoring

Tutoring reports and regular check-ins show parents what’s improving and what still needs work.

03

Tailored strategy

Lessons, homework and pacing adjust to how the student learns — not to a fixed curriculum.

04 · How it works

Your next step, made simple.

  1. 01

    Choose an expert

Pick a former admissions officer, or let us suggest one.

  2. 02

    Send your questions

A short form — your situation and what you want to discuss.

  3. 03

    Confirm a time

Our team follows up on availability and the session terms.

  4. 04

    Meet on Zoom

A private conversation on a link we set up for you.

Sending a request is not a confirmed booking. Schedule, pricing, and payment are arranged with you afterwards.

05 · One team, one student

Everyone on the same page.

The tutor teaches. Our team keeps the matching and the plan on track. Parents hear what’s happening. All of it revolves around one student.

06 · The team

A team that listens before it recommends.

We run this service out of our work with students and families preparing for US universities. The people you'll meet — former admissions officers and subject tutors — are introduced with their real background, and nothing is assigned to you without a conversation first.

  • Every profile states the person's role and verified experience.
  • Tutors are suggested only after our team has heard your goals.
  • Your request is a conversation starter, not a booking or a charge.
01Can I buy just one service?
Yes. Admissions conversations and tutoring are separate services with separate requests. You can use either one on its own.
02How are tutors recommended?
After you send a request, our team talks with you about your subject, level, learning style, and schedule. We then suggest the tutors who fit best and explain why. You choose.
03Is everything online?
Yes. Admissions sessions happen on a Zoom link we prepare, and tutoring is held online. Time zones are confirmed with you before anything is scheduled.
04Do I need an admissions session before tutoring?
No. You can request tutoring directly. If you do have an admissions session and learning support comes up, we'll point you to the relevant tutoring — but never automatically.
